COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE:
------------------------------I will create:
- Custom Characters
- Some Fandom Characters
- Cosplay Props / Equipment
- Gore / Body Horror
- Anthro / Furry Characters
- PetsI will NOT create:
- Hateful Content
- Most 18+ content------------------------------
Payment and Ordering:
------------------------------- All payments are to be done in NZD through Paypal unless discussed otherwise.- Payment can either be done upfront or half upfront, and half after completion. If you chose half and half, you will be shown a watermarked version to view until the full payment is completed.- To order a commission, please email [email protected]. I will get in contact with you to further clarify the details.- When ordering, having a clear reference or drawing is very helpful, and will take cost off of your commission.- If payment has not been received within 14 days of the invoice being sent, the commission will be cancelled.------------------------------
Timing and Updates:
------------------------------- Completing commissions may take up to three months. Larger, more detailed creations may take longer than this period, if this is the case, it will be communicated with you. Commissions are likely to be done at a faster rate, but I may experience delays.- At each stage of the process, I will sent a work of progress screenshot to you for approval.- Minor revisions and updates can be requested at any point, but please note that I will only allow major changes to the current stage. (Such as pose changing in the posing stage.)------------------------------
Refunds:
------------------------------
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any stage. If this occurs, a refund will be based on how much of the commission has been completed.Posing / Sketch Stage - Full Refund, the pose or sketch may be reused for a later work.First Detail Pass (Minor) / Lining - 50% Refund. if a 3D model, the model may be reused for a later work.I cannot offer any kind of refund after the piece has been completed.For 2D works, you will receive a high resolution copy of what I have completed.
For 3D works, you will receive the current version of the model.------------------------------
How to use my works:
-------------------------------Unless otherwise arranged, I reserve the right to post the creation on social media, or as a commission example.- Commissions may be used by the commissioner for personal use, such as re-posting to social media, with credit.- Under no circumstances may my work be used to train and AI or sold as an NFT.- You may not claim my work as your own or remove my signature.- Unless agreed upon previously, my work may not be used for commercial purposes such as logos, merchandise, etc. Please discuss your usage with me if you plan to use my work in this way.- If you are looking for fanart and would allow the piece to be sold as merchandise by myself, please discuss this with me and I can arrange a discounted price.

Q: Are all of your models made by you?A: Yes! I take pride that each of my models is an original work.Q: What program do you use to do your 3D Modeling?A: I mostly use Blender! However I sometimes also use Maya or zBrush.Q: What do you use for your 2D Art?A: Either Photoshop or Firealpaca!------------------------------
USAGE OF MY WORK:
------------------------------Q: Can I use pictures of your work on social media?A: Yes! However you must provide credit back to me. Posts that do not provide credit will be asked to be removed.Q: Are your models available to be printed by others?A: Currently, no. However, I am working on setting up a shop for this!Q: What paints work best with your prints?A: Personally, I use acrylic paints on all of my models. However I have heard of some inks being used successfully.Q: Are your resin prints undercoated?A: Yes! All of my resin prints come undercoated and ready to paint.------------------------------

Q: What are your models printed in?A: My models are printed in two main different materials, resin and filament.The resin I use is a plant-based UV resin called SUNLU. It uses soybean oil as a raw material!The filament I use is a plant-based filament called Kiwifil.
